Conventional I/O, power source wiring, set up environment etc. can be used
as base kits for JW20H/30H series when replacing W16 series with JW20H/30H series. W16 series and JW20H/30H series require different I/O specifications, however, we will be able to provide all required items, including wiring within the base kits. (JW20H/30H will be built in to ZW-160BK base kits for replacement of W16 -> JW20H/30H.) |
Connection port conversion unit for replacement of ZW -> JW
JW-101ZT/102ZT/103ZT/104ZT/105ZT/106ZT/107ZT
These connection port conversion units enable connection with JW series and do not require the replacement of the ZW terminal block with existing wiring.
These can bring about work improvement in I/O wiring and replacement process.

| *1 | Not applicable when the COMM wiring of ZW-32S1T is 8 points per COMM and uses separate power source. (COMM wiring will be short-circuited to 16 points per unit inside the connection port conversion unit.) |
| *2 | Not applicable when POW 1 and POW2 of ZW-32S2TD uses different power source. (POW1 and POW2 will be short-circuited within the connection port conversion unit.) |
| *3 | When connected to JW-34S, first 16points will be effective, however, the I/O will occupy 32points. (I/O address, after connected to JW-34S, will shift by 16points, therefore, program change will be necessary.) (Converting JW-34S to unit per 16points is possible.
